- A design service incorporating interior and exterior emphasis. This aesthetically driven design process takes into account characteristics of the property and client's personal tastes. We put particular emphasis on creating light, spacious areas.

- Drawing up architectural drawings which we submit for the appropriate planning and building control approvals.

- Monitoring and informing clients as to progress of approvals, liaising with the planning authorities, structural engineers and architects on our client's behalf.

- Scheduling a start date which coincides with the approvals being achieved and our client's personal commitments.

- A pre-start meeting where we walk you through the construction process.

- Frequent site meetings with site foreman, designer and client.
