loft Conversion procedure continued

- During your loft conversion, registered plumbers, electricians, carpenters etc. will be attending the site. During this time, other minor and additional works could be carried out on your property by private arrangement.

- We take care of all licenses with regard to skips, scaffolding and Building Control Officers from the Local Authority.

- We take the pain out of loft conversions - the bulk of the project is carried out almost exclusively externally through the roof. We aim to minimise the disturbance to you and your home.

- The six week process is broken down into weekly increments.

- On completion of building works we have a 'snagging' meeting to ensure that work is completed to your satisfaction, following which we provide a cleaning service free of charge.
